Room was excellent with the free upgrade which was a bonus! Breakfast was good and hotel staff very helpful and friendly. Bar staff were exceptional and made us feel very welcome

Basically, the place to stay in Amsterdam with outstanding service and facilities to match. The Aesop toiletries are a nice touch.

Immaculate hotel in every way. Amazing vibe and decor, fantastic attentive staff making you feel welcomed! Due to NL Covid restrictions the restaurants were not open, but the in room dining options were great and the food was delicious. Room was beautiful and spacious. Bathroom had both bathtub and separate shower and luxurious Guerlain amenities. Pool access is 24 hours. This is best hotel in Amsterdam and in the top tier of hotels in Europe!

Beautiful building with exquisite decor, fabulous room (with a choice of scent for turndown), wonderful staff, great food. Fabulous Spa. Quiet location but minutes from everything. If you want a completely 5 star stay, you’ll struggle to do better than The Waldorf, Amsterdam

EVERYTHING! amazing hotel. amazing location. Amazing team and level! breakfast and lunch in the lobby were a great experience. the pool and spa are amazing!

Loved every bit of this hotel. Staff is very welcoming and professional. The facilities, service and the vibe of the whole place is exceptional and magical.
